***Please NOTE for Deposits: Colors/sex are not Guaranteed. We test for color so we can predict what is expected. You may pass on a litter until a pup you desire is available (We try to place you with a pup within one year)***Studs can change at any time due to unforeseen situations***

**Puppies are sold as PETS ONLY. Absolutely NO breeding rights sold. Spay/Neuter Contracts are LEGALLY enforced** Puppies are microchipped in breeders name until proof os spay/neuter is provided per contract (spay/neuter MUST be done at the One Year Mark)

WAITLIST: It is ONE master waitlist for breed and size (Bernedoodles is currently one waitlist for ALL Sizes- soon to be separate). It is NOT litter specific. We do NOT guarantee which litter you will be picking from. If you do not like what is available at your picking time, you may Pass! An additional deposit is required after your second pass! Yes you can be on multiple lists or Breed and or Size. 

PICTURES we TRY to get them done WEEKLY up to 6 Weeks according to our schedule :) We PROMISE to do them BI-WEEKLY. Please understand we have a family and full time jobs as well!! So please be patient with us!!  PLEASE do not send Persistent requests & reminders: this further delays the process!!!  We know you are excited!! So are we :) Care of the puppies and family comes first!!

Sizes are an ESTIMATE!! Genetics can be tricky and size can vary Larger OR Smaller than Predicted. This is NOT a Guarantee!!

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS: Deposits ($500) are NONREFUNDABLE- Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS but will transfer to another litter of your choice. You may pass TWO times, an additional deposit is then required to stay on list(s). Do NOT make a deposit if you are unsure or have not made arrangements (Pick Up Date/Transportation Method/Money/Family Decision/Financial Decisions) for a puppy. I accept ONLY Zelle or Popmoney for deposits NOT payoffs. Payoff is due in FULL/Cash- at Puppy Picking time NO EXCEPTIONS Thanks to all the Scammers in the world

PICKING PROCESS: Date will be posted and families will have a 30 Minute Time Slot. Time starts at 10AM Central Time Zone (Time can change). Example- 1st Choice Family is from 10-10:30 AM, 2nd Choice 10:30-11Am and so on... DO NOT BE LATE/Too Early!! You will miss your time slot and will be passed. We now are doing One master list for Specific sizes for each breed. Once litter(s) are born it will go in order of oldest litter. 

   You may pass TWO times, another deposit will then be required to stay on list(s).You don't lose your money if a puppy is purchased     If you choose to pass, your deposit rolls over to next litter in order of deposits received. If you choose to come off the list, your deposit is good for one year.

PUPPY PICK UP: Date will be posted. Please Arrange accordingly. Puppies will not be held past pick up date. Date is posted almost 4 months in ADVANCE!!! Pick Up's are from 10am-11am that day. $350 fee per week will be charged.
